pak23 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and potentially account closure. Any winnings accumulated under a false identity will be forfeited.
pak23 does not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to hold an account. If it is determined that a minor has registered, the account will be closed immediately and all deposits returned where legally permissible, with all winnings voided.
Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, circumvent limits, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your pak23 login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. pak23 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or phone. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's name, it will be returned and may trigger an account review.

Standard withdrawal processing times depend on your payment method and your VIP tier. Platinum and above VIP members benefit from same-day processing on eligible methods. Elite tier members are not subject to standard withdrawal limits as set out in the VIP programme terms.

PSL and T20 international markets are among the most actively managed on pak23, with detailed settlement rules available on the bet section of the platform for each competition.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any outstanding balance may be forfeited. If an account is closed at your own request without any breach, any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your nominated payment method after identity verification is completed.
pak23 provides the platform on an as-is basis. While every effort is made to ensure availability, pak23 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment failures beyond its control.
pak23 is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from your winnings in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable local tax obligations on gambling winnings.
The total liability of pak23 to any account holder in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of bets placed in the relevant transaction.
